In my garden.

by cryxstals1 @ 2008-07-17 - 11:43:16

Dispite the dreary weather the garden continues to look good with an abundance of flowers appearing all the time, the honeysuckle with its sweet scented flowers, the roses, the busy lizies, the fuscias, all continue to bloom in there glorious colours, and i love the common nastursian with its climbing and trailing effect and its yellow creme and orange flowers.

My tomato plants i grew from seed, i wanted to try the bush ones i found them a bit of a struggle to keep going without a greenhouse during the frost and nearly lost them more than once but now i have seven large bush plants loaded with flowers and small tomatos.

I have two pepper plants i lost the rest early on but the two i have left are doing well, one is a sweet pepper and the other a hot chilli pepper.

I have pea plants and green bean plants. In the garden centre i found a seed that grows edible leaves to eat all year round very easy to grow on the patio and providing all the greens one might need if there is only one or two people in the house.

Good morning Jack,how u?

I love my flower gardens. I have three at the front of the house and one in the backyard.

I'd love a veg garden but the backyard is too small for that.

Have a great day

Yes you can still grow some veg,i only have a small garden.

I have three dogs that are young and tear up the backyard chasing each other....they would eat the garden as they ran through itg.
